Being just 10 minutes from the A7 Motorway gives you an ideal location
to get out and visit some of Spain's best kept secrets, as well as some
well known favourites such as Barcelona, Benidorm, Calpe, Javea and Denia.
There are places to visit, things to see and do, in fact, virtually anything you
would want to do is available within easy reach of Valencia, and Casa Martinique.
What is ideal abut our location, is that although only 20 minutes from Valencia city centre,
we are also just 30 minutes from the mountains of various ranges that enclose the region.
Add to that, not just the A7 (Alicante-Barcelona) Motorway, but also the A3 (Madrid-Valencia)
Motorway, the CV-35 and CV-50 local main highways, and daily Ferries to the Balearic Islands,
you may take a month off to fit it all in!!.

Below are some of the highlights we can recommend, but rest assured,
there are so many more places to go and see.
See our Links Page for some local Tourism Sites.
Valencia City
Jardines del Real - Viveros.
The Royal, or Municipal, Gardens are located across the Turia riverbed from Valencia old town.
Throughout the 20th century, the gardens have been repopulated and beautified and are now a favourite
spot for Sunday morning walks. In the summer the central esplanade is converted into a concert hall
(most notable during the July Fair), and in springtime the walkways are filled with bookstalls
during the Feria del Libro.
Valencia Zoo is also located here.
Other places of note to visit whilst in the centre are the main Cathedral, in Plaza de la Reina,
the old city Towers (Quart & Serrano), a multitude of Museums
and The City of Arts & Sciences, where you'll find a planetarium, science museum and Europe's largest aquarium.
