Our guest accommodation is situated privately, away from the main house,
so you will have plenty of privacy during your stay.
The apartment consists of:
2 Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds, bedroom 2 with 1 single bed,
as well as a double bed settee in the living room,
making the accommodation suitable for 5 people.
(We have also included alarm clocks,
just in case you feel the need
to make the most of every hour of sunshine!)
Living Room / Kitchenette - The living room has a large comfy settee for those all
important siestas (which is also a bed settee), a TV (with U.K. Television), DVD player and video recorder.
The Kitchen facilities include fridge/freezer, microwave oven, 2 ring hob, (There is an Oven in the Paella/BBQ House)
kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dining table.
The outside kitchen provides a washing machine (tumble dryer also available) and a second fridge/freezer.
Fully tiled Bathroom with walk in shower, sink and toilet.

Outside the apartment, you have your own, private terrace,
with table, chairs & parasol beside the pool.
There are more tables, chairs and loungers dotted around Casa Martinique,
perfect for that hour of solitude, whether it's under the thatched gazebo reading that favourite book,
dozing in the sun, getting a good tan or generally giving yourself the R&R you deserve. We also have a large Paella / BBQ
house at your disposal so you can, if you want have a lazy day at Casa Martinique and cook some Flame grilled ribs.
The Swimming Pool is tiled and filtered, and measures 8 x 4m, with an outdoor shower
and is just beside the apartment.
The pool has a safety fence surrounding it, which is ideal if you're bringing children.
The gardens and fruit trees are expansive, and make Casa Martinique
tranquil and secluded, just what you need for that perfect break.

We supply 2 hand towels and fresh bed linen once per week during your stay.
Pool towels are not included.
A Welcome Pack awaits you on arrival, with all you need to get started.
This includes bread, butter, cheese, ham, jam, marmalade,
coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water and orange juice.
Oh, and. of course, a bottle of wine!
